Project Development Embarking into leisure property development in 2007, this division is in the process of constructing it's own deluxe hotel apartment complex - Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments that will have resort-like amenties and facilities. The Hotel Apartment will be located in the heart of the 'New Dubai' area and will be walking distance to the renowned Mall of the Emirates. This project is due for completion in 2010.
